Carter Winiarski and Hayden Hockaday had two goals and three points each as the Power City Bruins punched their way into the Silverstick Regional Final with a 6-4 win over host Fraser Big Boy.

Kamden Proper and Brody Hockaday also scored for the Bruins.  Brody also led the way physically for the second straight game, landing six hits.  Vance Graham continued his strong tournament with an assist and three hits, and Joey Kinder also landed three hits.

Special teams again played a massive part in the outcome.  Power City was 3 for 4 on the penalty kill, giving up the only tally as a two man advantage for Big Boy was expiring.  The power play struck once in three attempts, and Hayden Hockaday's first goal came with the Bruins down two skaters on a sensational  individual effort that landed with a wrist shot high to the short side of the Fraser goaltender.

Bruins backstop RJ Turner earned the victory stopping 14 of 18 shots.  Based on the results of other games in the division, the Bruins have clinched their place in the Silverstick Regional Final, taking place at Glacier Park on Sunday at 4:30pm.  Qualifying games still remain, with the Bruins taking on Canton CVHA 2010 Blue at 9:15am.
