The Bantam Bruins came into the Columbus Day tournament short-handed but shooting it well, and that continued in spades throughout the qualifying round.  Power City defeated the Cheektowaga Warriors, New England Knights, and Rochester Aces by a combined score of 24-4!

The hot shooting continued for the top seeded Bruins, eliminating the Warriors in the semi-final at Dwyer Arena by a 7-1 final.  However the good feelings came to an end in the final in a rematch with the Knights, falling 2-1 in the championship game.
